KEMAH PARADE, Sat., Feb. 11 11am (line
up 10am) Parade starts at the corner of 5th
and Bradford, travels north to The Kemah Boardwalk, east to Kipp, then south to 9th street along Galveston Bay. Judges
stand is at the corner of 9th & Bradford Free registration on the day of
